Wheat Flour Halwa
Wheat flour halwa is a timeless classic, cherished for its comforting warmth and irresistible sweetness. Made from simple ingredients like whole wheat flour, ghee, sugar, and fragrant spices, wheat halwa captivates all our senses. Join me in preparing this delicious Indian sweet treat.
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar/White Sugar
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- ¾ Cup Ghee (preferably cow ghee)
- 2 Cups Milk
- 5 Pieces Cashew Nut (optional)
- ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder (optional)
Instructions
- Add 1/4th of Ghee and entire Flour in the pan. Fry well in medium flame until it turns brown.

- Add Sugar

- Add Milk and remaining Ghee

- Stir them well till they bond together as shown in the video. Wheat Halwa is ready to serve.
Notes
It is suggested to use cow ghee to have a good aroma.
