Ingredients

¾ Cup Brown Sugar/White Sugar
1 Cup Wheat Flour
¾ Cup Ghee (preferably cow ghee)
2 Cups Milk
5 Pieces Cashew Nut (optional)
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder (optional)

Instructions

Add 1/4th of Ghee and entire Flour in the pan. Fry well in medium flame until it turns brown.
Add Sugar
Add Milk and remaining Ghee
Stir them well till they bond together as shown in the video. Wheat Halwa is ready to serve.
